At the NEXCO EAST Nasu Management Office (Nasu-machi, Nasu-gun, Tochigi Prefecture), at the E4 Tohoku Expressway (hereinafter "Tohoku Expressway Expressway") In-bound line Kamikawachi Smart Interchange (hereinafter "Smart IC"), in order to update the ETC equipment, nighttime carry out closure.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask for your understanding and cooperation so that you have plenty of time when you go out.

2. Detour

Detours will increase the time required, so please take time to go out.

3. Construction overview

We will update the ETC equipment at the entrance and exit of Kamikawachi Smart IC on the Tohoku Expressway In-bound line.
Since it is not possible to carry out construction under normal lane regulations, it is necessary to close the smart IC and carry out the work. Therefore, in order to minimize inconvenience to customers, the smart IC will be closed at night on weekdays when traffic is light, and construction will be carried out intensively and efficiently. We ask for your understanding and cooperation as this work is necessary for safe and comfortable use of the Expressway.
