NEXCO EAST Kazo Management Office (Kazo City, Saitama Prefecture) has the Hasuda Smart Interchange (hereinafter, Hasuda Smart IC, attached to the Hasuda Service Area In-bound Line) on the E4 Tohoku Expressway (hereinafter, Tohoku Expressway Expressway), which has been under development with Hasuda City. To commemorate the opening, we will hold a business start ceremony to present a pass certificate and a souvenir to the first passenger (cars 1 to 5).
In addition, we will inform you about the advance reception method for the first passenger to hold the ceremony.

　受付期間中に直接、受付場所までお越しください。先着順に整理券を発行します。なお、インターネット・郵送・電話によるお申し込みはできません。

Five. Precautions

Since the Hasuda smart IC is exclusively for ETC vehicles, applications will only be accepted on the day of the ceremony if the vehicle is equipped with an effective ETC on-board unit and ETC wireless driving is available. In addition, this smart IC can pass all models with a vehicle length of 12 m or less, but due to the circumstances of the venue, applications are limited to ordinary cars, light cars, and motorcycles.

6. About measures to prevent the Large of new coronavirus infection

1. At the time of application and reception at the ceremony venue, please measure the temperature, disinfect your fingers, and wear a mask.
2. Please note that this ceremony may be canceled due to the Large of new coronavirus infection. In addition, we will inform you about the handling at the time of cancellation when the numbered ticket is distributed.

• Waiting for the opening of the service in Hasuda SA or near the smart IC will be a nuisance to the surrounding traffic and residents, so it is strictly prohibited.
