NEXCO EAST Tokorozawa Management Office (Tokorozawa City, Saitama Prefecture) will close the ramp for pavement repair work at the E17 Kan-Etsu Expressway (hereinafter "Kan-Etsu Expressway Expressway") Kawagoe Interchange (hereinafter "IC").
We apologize for the inconvenience caused to our customers, but we ask for your understanding and cooperation so that you will have time to spare when you go out.

2. Construction overview

Since the road surface has been damaged at the Kawagoe IC on the Kan-Kan-Etsu Expressway, we will carry out pavement repair work. The section where this work is to be carried out is one lane, and it is not possible to carry out the work under normal lane regulations when carrying out the work, so it is necessary to close the lamp and carry out the work.
Therefore, we will close the lamps at night when the traffic is light and carry out the construction intensively and efficiently so as not to cause any inconvenience to our customers.
We ask for your understanding and cooperation as this work is necessary to use the Expressway safely and comfortably.

3. How to obtain traffic information

(1) Guidance by distribution / posting

  • Notice signs, posters and leaflets will be posted at toll booths and rest facilities nearby.
  • A banner will be posted on the overpass on the Expressway.
  • On the day of the ramp closing, a detour sign will be installed at the main intersection of the detour.
