• For customers using the Toga West PA Out-bound Line (toward Fukushima), the area will be closed at 21:00.
• You can use the Toga West PA In-bound Line (toward Tokyo) as usual.
• The display such as E4 shows the route number (numbering) of Expressway etc.
• The figure on the right is processed by East Nippon Expressway Co., Ltd. based on the GSI Maps (Geographical Survey Institute) (https://maps.gsi.go.jp/).

   From 21:00 pm to 4:00 the next morning

3. Construction overview

We will install a reverse-way driving detection device at the entrance ramp of the Tohoku Expressway Out-bound Line Toga West PA. Since the place where these works are carried out is one lane and lane restrictions for arranging work vehicles (large and medium size) cannot be enforced, it is necessary to close the entrance lamp and carry out the work.
Therefore, in order to avoid inconvenience to customers as much as possible, we will close the entrance lamp on weekday nights when traffic is light and carry out construction intensively and efficiently.
We ask for your understanding and cooperation as this work is necessary to use the Expressway safely and comfortably.
