At NEXCO EAST Keihin Management Office (Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture), pavement repair is carried out at the Okazawa exit ramp of the E83 Daisan Daisan-Keihin Road (hereinafter "Daisan Keihin") Out-bound line Hodogaya Interchange (hereinafter "IC"). It will be closed at night for construction work.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused to our customers, but we ask for your understanding and cooperation so that you will have time to spare when you go out.

   Every night from 20:00 to 5:00 the next morning

2. Detour

Refer to the figure below for detours.

1. When heading to Prefectural Road 13 / National Road 1
   Please use the Daisan Keihin Hazawa exit as shown by the 　pink arrow. It will take about 7 minutes (usually about 3 minutes).
2. When heading to the vicinity of Mitsuzawa Nishimachi 7-chome
   Please use the Daisan Keihin Hazawa exit as shown by the 　blue arrow. Take Prefectural Road 13 toward Kannai / Sakuragicho and make a U-turn at the traffic light in front of Misawa Park. It will take about 9 minutes (usually about 3 minutes).

Detours will increase the time required, so please take time to go out.

3. Construction overview

The Okazawa exit ramp of the Daisan Keihin Hodogaya Out-bound will be closed at night for pavement repair work. The section where this work is to be carried out is one lane, and it is not possible to carry out the work under normal lane regulations, so it is necessary to close the lamp and carry out the work.
Therefore, in order to avoid inconvenience to customers as much as possible, we will close the lamps on weekday nights when there is little traffic, and carry out the construction intensively and efficiently.
This work is necessary to use the Expressway safely and comfortably, so we ask for your understanding and cooperation.
