　C4 Ken-O Road Kuki Shiraoka JCT ~ With regard to the night closed to traffic between the border Furukawa IC, due to the influence of stormy weather, we have postponed construction work to preliminary date. As of June 19th (Friday), we plan to implement nighttime closures as follows.

• Monday, June 22, 21:00 to 6:00 the next morning
• Tuesday, June 23, 12:00 pm-6:00 am the next morning
• Wednesday, June 24, 21:00 pm-6:00 am the next morning

3 Transfer adjustments due to suspension of traffic

◆ How to use transit adjustment

<< ETC customers >>

• Customers using ETC are requested to run the outflow designated IC wirelessly and the re-inflow designated IC wirelessly. (No transit certificate will be issued for ETC vehicles)
• ETC time zone discount will be applied, considering the transited journey as one.
  Toll charges are adjusted at the time of billing, so they may differ from those displayed at the toll gate.
• Insert the same ETC card for all journeys and pass through the ETC lane at the tollgate.

<< Customers for cash, etc. >>

• Customers who pay by cash, etc. should receive the "passage certificate" at the outflow designated IC, and then get the "passport" at the re-inflow designated IC, and then make the "transfer" at the toll booth that pays the fare first. Please give us your "certificate" and "passport".

• If the suspension of traffic is released after the outflow designated IC is released, the fare will be adjusted even if it is re-injected from the ICs (including the outflow designated IC) in the closed road section in the forward direction.

4 Construction overview

Ken-O Road Kuki Shiraoka JCT and Daiei JCT, we will carry out signboard replacement work for numbering signboards, pavement repair work on damaged road surfaces, and inspection work for maintenance of road structures.
In order to minimize the impact on customers, we will close the roads during the night on weekdays when traffic is light and carry out construction work intensively and efficiently. This work is necessary for safe and comfortable use of the Expressway so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
