1 Closed place and date

Outer Ring Road Inward (toward Kawaguchi) ⇒ Metropolitan Expressway (Ikebukuro Line / Saitama Omiya Line) towards Bijogi JCT ramp

The implementation date: 2019, February 27 (Wednesday) night at 22 pm to the next morning 5

• In stormy weather, it will be postponed to the spare day.
• Judgment of construction will be made at 16:00 on the day.

2 Detour

It is not possible to board the Shutoko Ikebukuro Line and the Shutoko Saitama Omiya Line from the inner ring road, so please cooperate with the detour to the general road.

1. When heading toward Omiya
   As shown by the pink arrow, Bijogi JCT, turn right from Route 298 to Route 17, and use the Urawa Kita IC on the Metropolitan Expressway Saitama Omiya Line.
   If you detour from the Toda-higashi IC on the outer ring road to the Urawakita IC on the Metropolitan Expressway Saitama Omiya Line, it will take about 10 minutes (usually about 5 minutes).
2. When heading toward Ikebukuro
   As shown by the blue arrow, Bijogi JCT, turn left on Route 298 to Route 17, and use the Toda-Minami IC on the Metropolitan Expressway Ikebukuro Line.
   If you detour from the Toda-higashi IC on the Gaikan Expressway to the Toda-Minami IC on the Metropolitan Expressway Ikebukuro Line, it will take about 10 minutes (usually about 5 minutes).

3 Construction overview

Since the sign of Bijogi JCT, which guides the direction of the Metropolitan Expressway from the inner ring road, was damaged, replacement work will be carried out.

There is only one lane to carry out this work, and it is necessary to close the lamps before starting work, as the work cannot be done under normal lane regulations.

Therefore, to avoid inconvenience to our customers as much as possible, we will shut down the lamps during the night on weekdays when traffic is light, and will carry out the work intensively and efficiently.

Since this work is necessary to use the Expressway safely and comfortably, we ask for your understanding and cooperation.
