2 How to refund

We will refund the difference to the customer who made the wrong bill by the following method.

(1) Customers who use ETC credit cards

We will refund the difference by deducting from the amount spent, through the credit card company used when the customer passed. For customers who have used the ETC mileage service return amount, we will refund it by returning the difference to the ETC mileage service return amount you used.

(2) Customers who have used ETC Corporate Card

We will refund you by adjusting the difference from the billed amount.

3 Cause

There was a setting omission in the program that determines the driving order in the distance fare system on the outer ring road.

4 Recurrence prevention measures

We will further strengthen the check system in the program setting and strive to prevent recurrence.
