1 Night closed section and date and time
(1) Closed section
Ken-O Road Mobara Chonan IC ~ Kisarazu inner around the outside of the east IC 21.3km

- Implementation date: Monday, June 11th to Wednesday, June 13th, 2018
- From 21:00 pm each day to 5:00 pm the next morning
- Reserve days: June 14, 2018 (Thursday), 15th (Friday), 18th (Monday)
- From 21:00 pm each day to 5:00 pm the next morning
※ Ken-O Road use of Takataki Lake PA is, it will be up to 30 minutes at 20.
* In case of stormy weather, it will be postponed to the spare day. (Postponed for the number of days canceled)
* Construction will be decided at 16:00 on the day.
2 Detour
The detour route at the night traffic closure between the central area Mobara Chonan IC and Kisarazu Higashi IC will be national highway No. 409 and national highway No. 410.
* The time required for a detour is expected to be 37 minutes (usually 16 minutes).
3 Construction overview
Inspection of tunnel emergency facilities, cleaning and repair of lighting facilities and management facilities, etc. will be conducted between the Ken-O Road Mobara Chonan IC and Kisarazu Higashi IC. In order to minimize the impact on customers, we will block traffic at night during weekdays with low traffic volume, and will implement construction work etc. intensively and efficiently.
We ask for your understanding and cooperation so that customers can use the Expressway safely and comfortably.
4 Regarding connection adjustment due to suspension of traffic
By night-time closures, we will perform "transit adjustment" to adjust the toll depending on the section used, for customers who once flow out of the Expressway and bypass the closed section and transfer again in the same direction. ( Attachment-1 [PDF: 111KB] reference)
How to use transit adjustment
[Customers of ETC]- Please use the same ETC card for all the processes of the toll gate that once leaks, the toll gate when transferring and the final toll gate after connecting, and run with ETC wireless communication at both the entrance and exit. (For ETC vehicles, no "transfer certificate" will be issued.)
- ETC time zone discount will be applied, considering the transited journey as one. The price display shows the amount before the price adjustment. The amount will be the amount after adjusting the fee when billing from a credit card company, etc. at a later date.
- Customers who pay by cash, etc. should receive the "passenger certificate" at the outflow IC and then collect the "passport" at the re-inflow IC. Please give "and" a pass ticket.
