1 Night closure locations and dates
(1) Night closure
E17 Kan-Etsu Expressway Tsukiyono IC Out-bound the ramp of the line (Niigata direction)
(2) Date and time
(Implementation date) May 28th, 2018 (Monday) to 30th (Wednesday), 2018 Every day from 20:00 to 6am
(Reserve day) May 31, 2018 (Thursday), June 4, 2018 (Monday), 5th (Tuesday) 20 o'clock to 6 o'clock the next day
- In case of stormy weather, construction will be postponed to the spare day. (Postponed for the number of days canceled)
- Judgment of construction will be made at 16:00 on the day.
2 Detour
During this construction, the entrance ramp of the Tsukiyono IC Out-bound line (toward Niigata) cannot be used.
For detours due to night closure, please use the floating ICs via Route 17 and Route 291.
- It is possible to pass the main line, flow out at Tsukiyono IC, and flow into the ramp heading for Tokyo.
- If you make a detour, it will take about 20 minutes (usually about 8 minutes).
3 Construction overview
Kan-Etsu Expressway Tsukiyono IC Out-bound at the entrance ramp lane of the line, will be carried out repair work of the damaged pavement. Since the section for this construction is one lane and it is not possible to secure a sufficient lane for vehicles to carry out the construction, it is necessary to close the lamp and perform the work.
Therefore, to avoid inconvenience to our customers as much as possible, we will shut down the lamps during the night on weekdays when traffic is light, and will carry out the work intensively and efficiently.
We ask for your understanding and cooperation so that customers can use the Expressway safely and comfortably.
4 How to obtain traffic information
