E14 Keiyo Road Shinozaki Interchange (hereinafter “IC”) to Baraki IC, currently under construction C3 We will carry out construction work for connecting the Gaikan Expressway.
In this construction, pavement work to ease the alignment of Keiyo Road and improvement work on the median strip will be carried out under day and night continuous regulation.
Congestion is expected during the construction period, so please consider detouring to the East Kanto Expressway.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but thank you for your understanding and cooperation so that you may have some time when you go out.

2 Construction content
We will carry out improvement work on the median strip of the Keiyo Road and pavement construction (image below) on a continuous day and night basis.

During the period, traffic restrictions will be enforced continuously during the day and night due to construction work.
The driving route will change step by step depending on the construction step, so slow down and drive carefully.
Also, the number of lanes will be two lanes from November 24 (Fri) night until November 27 (Mon) until the early morning.
