NEXCO EAST Nagano management office (Nagano, Nagano Prefecture) is, Joshin-Etsu Expressway in Toyoda Iiyama Interchange (hereinafter referred to as "IC"), due to the reverse run countermeasure work In-bound do the nighttime closure of the line entrance ramp. Joshin-Etsu Expressway Toyota Iiyama IC In-bound Line Entrance ramp
- Entrance ramp: A ramp heading for Tokyo, flowing into the Toyota Iiyama IC
- Exit ramp: A ramp that runs on the Expressway from Niigata to Tokyo and flows out of the Toyota Iiyama IC
(2) Date and time
Tuesday, September 6, 2016, from 20:00 to 6:00 the next morning (1 night)
Preliminary days: September 7 (Wed) and 8 (Thurs) at the same time
- In case of stormy weather, it will be postponed to the spare day.
- Entrance ramps for Out-bound lines are available.

2 Request for detour
Please make a detour to a general road during the night due to this construction while the < In-bound line side> Toyota Iiyama IC entrance ramp is closed. (Detail is Attachment [PDF: 422KB])
If you use a detour route,
- In-bound Line: Between Shinanomachi IC and Toyota Iiyama IC
[Normal] Expressway use 12 minutes
[Detour] General (national road) use approximately 30 minutes - In-bound Line: Between Toyota Iiyama IC and Shinshu Nakano IC
[Normal] Expressway use approx. 7 minutes
[Detour] General (National highway) use approximately 25 minutes
Depending on the conditions of the day, it may take more time, so please take time to go out.
3 Outline of construction
(1) Reverse run countermeasure construction
At the intersection of flat Y-shaped intersections, the entire road surface is colored and guided as a measure against reverse running.
