2 Detour

During construction, the area between Ibaraki Airport North IC of Higashi Kanto Expressway and Ibarakicho JCT cannot be used.

1. Customers using the Ibaraki Airport North IC Kita-Kanto Expressway towards Utsunomiya

Pavement repair work will be carried out on some bridges in this section because the road surface is damaged. When carrying out the construction, it is necessary to stop the work because it is a temporary two-lane section, but to avoid inconvenience to customers as much as possible, we will close the traffic at night when traffic is low and concentrate the construction work.
