Regarding the reopening of the Road Control Center, we will inform you that the operation switch to the new Road Control Center was completed on March 10.
We will continue to support the safety and security of our customers 24 hours a day, 365 days a year through faster and more accurate control operations.
Due to the reopening of the Road Control Center, we planned to switch to the new Road Control Center on February 25, but it was confirmed to be safer and more reliable as some functions were found to be defective. Therefore, we decided to postpone the operation at the new road control center.
This will not affect customers.

1 Overview of New Road Control Center

2 Features of New Road Control Center
(1) High earthquake resistance and enhanced disaster prevention function
- The building adopts the highest level of seismic resistance standard corresponding to the earthquake directly under the metropolitan area (M7.3), and floor seismic isolation and equipment seismic isolation are used in the control room to enable business continuity during a large-scale earthquake.
