3 Detours and alternative rest facilities
Joban Expressway from the Mito area, after leaving the Hitachi Minamiota IC before Hitachi Central IC, make a detour to Route 6 and Prefectural Route 36. See Attachment-1 [PDF: 95KB]

4 Purpose of road closure
Joban Expressway Hitachi Chuo IC Out-bound Exit, repair work will be carried out because the pavement is deteriorating. This work involves removing the pavement and re-laying the pavement as a series of operations in the narrow lane, so it is necessary to close the exit and perform the work.
Therefore, in order to avoid inconvenience to our customers as much as possible, we will carry out the construction intensively and efficiently at night when traffic is the least.
