2 Detour

Please use the nearby Kita-Kanto Expressway Ibaraki-cho West IC, Ibaraki-cho East IC, Joban Expressway Iwama IC, etc. when there is a suspension of traffic between the Higashi-Kanto Expressway Ibaraki-cho JCT and Ibaraki Airport North IC. (Detour extension: About 12 to 13 km)

If you make a detour, it will take about 10 minutes longer than using the Higashi Kanto Expressway, so please take time to go out.

3 Construction overview

Since the road surface of the bridge has been damaged, we will carry out road surface repair work. In addition to this suspension of traffic, we will also carry out restoration work for the guardrails damaged by traffic accidents.

The two-lane section (one lane on each side) is in service between the Ibarakicho JCT on the Higashi Kanto Expressway and the Ibaraki Airport North IC. To minimize the impact on customers, traffic is closed at night and construction is carried out. Etc. will be carried out efficiently.
