East Nippon Expressway Co., Ltd.
Kanto Regional Head Office

NEXCO EAST Kanto Regional Head Office (Taito-ku, Tokyo) will carry out tunnel repair work for the Nagano area between the Nagano Expressway (Nagano Road) Asa Interchange (IC) and Sarah IC (Out-bound line).

This work requires repair work because a part of the paved road surface of the tunnel has been damaged ( Attachment 1 [PDF: 172KB] ).

In the construction work, traffic restrictions that reduce the number of lanes must be enforced day and night, including weekends and holidays, and traffic jams are expected on weekends and holidays. In particular, we predict that construction congestion will occur for a maximum of 5 to 6 km during the three consecutive holidays in the morning and evening when traffic is heavy.

We apologize for the inconvenience, and we appreciate your cooperation. Also, when you go out, please take time to go out.

For road traffic information, please visit NEXCO EAST Customer Center, Japan Road Traffic Information Center, etc. For details, see 2. Please see (2).

We will show you the road map around the area including general roads, so please consider the route to be used with reference to road traffic information etc. ( Attachment 2 [PDF: 217KB] ).

Please note that we will not adjust the charges even if you make a detour.
