Construction name
: Road bridge maintenance (special feature) Ohira bridge side road bridge
Orderer
: Fukushima Prefecture South Construction Office

The general prefectural road Shirasaka stop Odakura Line is a route with a large volume of heavy vehicles as a distribution route. Of these, the area around the Ohira Bridge, which crosses the Tohoku Expressway, is used as a school road, but the sidewalk is undeveloped and is where the local community desires to install it. This work is a Fukushima prefecture project to establish a pedestrian bridge and secure safe and secure traffic for pedestrians and bicycles.

When installing the pedestrian bridge, the prefectural road and the Tohoku Expressway (between Nasu and Shirakawa) will be closed to traffic in the shortest time, and the pedestrian bridge (simple steel I girder bridge, steel weight approximately 40t) will be operated by two truck cranes (120t suspension). It will be erected by suspension.
