March 25, 1993 (Nagano Expressway (Nagano Road) between Azumino Interchange (IC) and Sarah Junction (JCT) and Joshin-Etsu Expressway (Joshinetsu Road) between Sarah JCT and Susaka Nagano East IC We started the service on Thursday, and we were able to celebrate the 20th anniversary on Monday, March 25, 2013.
NEXCO EAST Nagano Management Office (Nagano City, Nagano Prefecture) and Nex-area Company Limited Kanto West Branch Nagano Branch will promote tourism in neighboring areas and use daily Expressway to commemorate the 20th anniversary. Thanks to all the customers, we will hold a 20th anniversary commemorative campaign until November 2013.
The first event will be held on Saturday, April 20th, in the Nagano Expressway Outbound Service Area (SA) Out-bound line. "Alkuma", a tourist character from Nagano Prefecture, rushes to the event, and we will deliver a variety of contents such as tourist information by the municipalities along the line.

("Shirakaba" is a tree in Nagano Prefecture, and "Anzu" is a tree in Chikuma City, where there is Kotobuki SA.)

You can enjoy one lottery every time the total amount exceeds 1,000 yen for receipts issued in the commercial facility of Kodashi SA (Out-bound) on the day of the event. There is no falling ticket.
