Overview of the Ken-O Road Expressway section
[Route outline]
National Highway No. 468 Ken-o Expressway (Ken-O Road) is a car-dedicated road with an extension of about 300 km planned to be located at a radius of 40 to 60 km from the city center and connects the radial road extending from the city center in a ring shape. By doing so, traffic to central Tokyo will be dispersed and traffic congestion will be alleviated.
Also, with the opening of the Togane JCT to the Kisarazu JCT, Chiba-Togane Road and Tokyo Wan Aqua-Line Expressway and the Tateyama Road will be contacted, which is expected to improve convenience over a wider area.
