NEXCO EAST Mito Management Office (Mito City, Ibaraki Prefecture) will carry out pavement repair work on the Naka interchange (IC) on the Joban Expressway (Joban Expressway). In this repair work, the entrance connection passage (lamp) from the Mito area of the Ibaraki Prefectural Road No. 65 Naka Inter Line to the Naka IC is 6 nights from December 10 (Mon) to December 15 (Sat), from 21:00 to the next morning. It will be closed at 6am.

1 Night closures and dates

In stormy weather, it will not be closed at night.
In case of stormy weather, the decision to close at night will be made at 16:00 on the day of implementation.

2 Detour

If you use the Expressway during the nighttime closing period, please use the entrance from the prefectural road Naka Inter Line Tokai/Hitachi Ota area.

3 Construction overview

The entrance ramp from the Mito area of the Joban Expressway Naka IC will undergo pavement repair work because the pavement is deteriorating and there are steps. Since this work will be carried out as a series of operations such as "pavement removal, pavement laying, road marking", etc., targeting narrow road areas, it is necessary to close the entrance.

Therefore, in order to minimize the impact on our customers, we will close the building at night when traffic is light and carry out the work intensively and efficiently.
