Kanto Regional Head Office
NEXCO EAST Kanto Regional Head Office (Taito-ku, Tokyo) was closed due to the earthquake that occurred around 17:16 on April 11, 2011 (Monday), but it was closed to the following sections, but all were closed. I canceled it.

2 Road damage
Regarding the damage described below in the 2nd report, some lane restrictions have been implemented and repairs are ongoing, and there are sections where speed restrictions are enforced, but it does not have a significant impact on driving safety. Confirming.
- Joban Expressway Takahagi to Kitaibaraki (Out-bound) There is a vertical crack about 20 m long and about 3 cm wide
- North Kanto Expressway Ibaraki Town West-Ibaraki Town East (Westbound) There is a transverse crack
- North Kanto Expressway Ibaraki Town East to Mito South (Westbound) Longitudinal cracks with a length of about 10 m and a width of about 5 cm, many cracks, dents
- Ken-O Road Tsukuba Ushiku IC (inside) There is a step of about 10 cm on the exit lamp
- There was an error in the length and width of the vertical cracks from the east of Ibaraki-cho to the south of Mito (westbound) on the northern Kanto Expressway.
