NEXCO EAST Kanto Regional Head Office in (Taito-ku, Tokyo), due to the Tohoku region Pacific Ocean earthquake that occurred 46 pm March 11, 2011 14 Expressway for the damage, Kanto Regional Head Office Kanto in the Regional Head Office disaster countermeasures headquarters (General Manager : Shinichi Ishikawa, the Regional Head Office president, has been launched and is making every possible effort to restore the affected areas.

1. About traffic regulation
Traffic regulations prohibiting passage of vehicles other than large vehicles were announced by the Emergency Disaster Security Headquarters of the National Police Agency, but they were implemented as scheduled on March 22 at 10:00 am in the sections shown below.

2. About closure of rest facility
Due to reasons such as damage to buildings, the rest facilities in the table below are closed even after the suspension of the Expressway main line.
