NEXCO EAST Kanto Regional Head Office (Taito-ku, Tokyo, Regional Head Office length: Shinichi Ishikawa), the Gaikan Expressway and Keiyo Road due to the construction of Keiyo junction and is connected (JCT) (tentative name), Keiyo Road established a bypass road in In order to do so, we are carrying out construction to change the driving lane.
With this construction, we will inform you that the lanes for the detour road to be installed will be gradually changed for the Out-bound line between the Shinozaki entrance of the Keiyo Road and the Ichikawa Interchange (IC).
When changing lanes, there are times when traffic congestion is expected due to the decrease in the number of lanes due to lane restrictions, so when you go out, please allow yourself some time and go to the parallel Higashi-Kanto Expressway. Please use detours (See Attachment 1 [PDF: 30KB]) and public transportation.
We apologize for the inconvenience, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
