NEXCO EAST Kanto Regional Head Office (Taito-ku, Tokyo, Regional Head Office length: Hirozo Saeki) is, Joban Expressway (Joban Expressway) Yatabe IC ~ Sakura Tsuchiura between the IC, Ken-o Expressway (Ken-O Road) Tsukuba JCT ~ Tsukuba Ushiku between IC, Ken-O Road order to carry out the bridge erection construction work due to the stretching of, and so I will inform conducted a nighttime road closures.

2 closed sections
- Joban Expressway:
Between Yatabe IC and Sakuraduchiura IC (upper and lower lines) (see figure below) - Ken-O Road:
Between Tsukuba JCT and Tsukuba Ushiku IC (upper and lower lines) (see figure below)
3 Construction content
For the construction of Ken-O Road, we will construct a bridge girder (delivery method) that crosses Joban Expressway. Reference material [PDF: 326KB]
4 detour
When closing, please detour to other roads such as general national highway 354 and prefectural highway 19 (Toride Tsukuba Line). (See the figure below)
Congestion is expected at Yatabe IC, Sakurachiura IC on the Joban Expressway, and the above detours.
5 Information such as road closures
5-1 Information on road closures- (1) Post banners, banners, etc. on the main line. Also, posters and leaflets will be posted/distributed in each SA/PA, etc., and publicized in newspapers and radio.
