Article 47

Article 102
A person who falls under any of the following items shall be punished with a fine of not more than 1 million yen.

(V) A person who has violated the order of the road administrator under the provisions of Article 71 paragraph (4) (including the cases where it is applied mutatis mutandis in Article 91 paragraph 2).
