　NEXCO東日本北海道支社（札幌市厚別区）は、E5道央自動車道（道央道）江別東インターチェンジ（IC）～岩見沢IC間に位置する夕張川橋（ゆうばりがわばし）の下り線（旭川方面）において、老朽化した鉄筋コンクリート床版を新しい床版に取り替える工事のため、上下線各2車線の区間を各1車線に減少させ、片側に集約する終日対面通行規制を、5月7日（金）から実施します。
　お客さまにはご迷惑をおかけしますが、当該区間を走行される場合、更なる安全運転に努めていただくとともに、時間に余裕をもってお出かけください。また、工事に伴う渋滞の発生は予測されていませんが、工事期間中は交通の流れが悪くなる恐れがあるため、お出かけの際は、リニューアルプロジェクト専用ウェブサイトや「ドラとら」などで、交通情報をご確認くださいますようお願いします。
　リニューアル工事は、高速道路を安全・安心にご利用いただくために必要な工事です。お客さまへのご迷惑を最小限とするように取り組んでまいりますので、ご理解とご協力をお願いします。

1. 1. Construction section

2. Traffic regulation period

• All-day face-to-face traffic regulation Reiwa May 7th (Friday) -July 15th (Thursday) (70 days)
• Day and night continuous lane regulation Reiwa May 6th (Thursday) and July 16th (Friday)

• All day regulation will be applied on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
• The construction period may change depending on the weather and work progress.

3. Traffic restrictions

For the floor slab replacement work, the section of each of the two lanes on the upper and lower lanes will be reduced to one lane each, and will be consolidated on one side to implement two-way traffic restrictions throughout the day. For one day from the start of the construction period and one day before the end, we will implement day and night continuous lane regulation for the upper and lower lanes in preparation for switching lanes to face-to-face traffic regulation.

Four. Construction content

The Yubari River Bridge, located between the Ebetsu-higashi IC on the Hokkaido Expressway and the Iwamizawa IC, has been open for more than 35 years since its opening in 1983. Since the concrete floor slab has deteriorated and the reinforcing bars have rusted due to salt content caused by spraying the antifreeze agent, it is necessary to replace the floor slab.
In order to replace the concrete slab part of the bridge is, usually, Out-bound but you need to do the road closures of lines (Asahikawa direction), In-bound one side of the lane the line (Sapporo direction) Out-bound transferred to the passage of the line (Asahikawa direction) By making the traffic face-to-face, the construction will be carried out with the minimum impact on traffic.

Five. Request when using

1. The construction section will be subject to face-to-face traffic restrictions throughout the day for approximately 2km. During the construction period, traffic flow may be impaired, so if you use the section, please try to drive more safely, and when using it, please go out with plenty of time. ..
2. Since the driving lane and shoulders are narrow in the two-way traffic restricted section, please observe the regulated speed when driving, secure the distance between vehicles, and be careful about rear-end collisions. In addition, the lanes will change significantly before and after the two-way traffic regulation section, so please follow the local information signs.
3. Construction vehicles come and go around the construction site, so be careful when passing ahead.
4. During the construction period, we will provide traffic congestion information using LED information boards, construction regulation information using road information boards and road signs, and call for caution to ensure safe driving. When driving, please check this information and drive safely.
