NEXCO EAST Hokkaido Regional Head Office (Sapporo Atsubetsu-ku) is under construction E5A Satsutaru (Sasson) motorway (Satsutarudo) Teine (Teine) interchange of Otaru side of the entrance, 2019 November 24 We would like to inform you that it will open at 14:00 on Sunday (Sun).
