NEXCO EAST Hokkaido Regional Head Office (Sapporo City Atsubetsu Ward) has compiled traffic congestion prediction and traffic congestion countermeasures for Expressway in Hokkaido during the Golden Week period (April 26 (Fri) to May 6 (Mon) 11 days). ,It will be announced.
Please use this traffic congestion forecast as reference to adjust your departure time, etc., and cooperate with us in creating a comfortable travel plan that avoids peak traffic congestion. Also, please be sure to check the latest traffic information before departure, as the actual traffic congestion may differ from the forecast due to accidents or weather.

- Please use the traffic jam prediction information and shift the predicted peak day and time of traffic jam to avoid traffic jams.

3 Congestion and congestion measures
We will implement the following measures as measures against congestion and congestion during the Golden Week period.
- Providing traffic congestion information and warnings using marked vehicles and road information boards at major traffic congestion points and at the end of traffic congestion
- Calling attention to speed reduction in some tunnels and increasing illumination of tunnel lighting
- Placement of parking lot organizers at rest facilities
4 Application of ETC holiday discount
During the Golden Week period, the three ETC holiday discounts (local areas) will be applied from April 27 (Sat) to May 6 (Mon).
