NEXCO EAST Hokkaido Regional Head Office (Sapporo City Atsubetsu Ward) is a Expressway in 3 areas in Hokkaido so that more customers can enjoy a comfortable and comfortable drive sightseeing as a tourist recovery support after the Hokkaido Eastern Iburi Earthquake. 1 Usage period
2018 October 31 (Wed) -2019 April 1 of the (month), 2 consecutive days to 3 days
- It can be used anytime, including weekends and holidays, including the year-end and New Year holidays.
- The use starting date of the two-day 2019 March 31, 2008 until (Sunday), use the start date of the three-day 2019 Please note and it will no until March 30 (Saturday).
- Until Monday, November 5, 2018, we are selling "Hokkaido Sightseeing Fly Path" that allows you to get on and off all Expressway Hokkaido at a fixed rate.

7 Notes on use
- Hokkaido's winter Expressway may be closed due to sudden changes in weather and snow. Cancellation / refunds are not possible after using this product, so please check the weather forecast and traffic conditions before traveling before departure. Cancellation is possible before traveling on the Expressway.
- If you drive beyond the section covered by the application plan, The normal charges outside the applicable section will be charged separately from the charges for this product. .
- If you apply for multiple different plans at the same time, you will be charged for the multiple plans even if you drive over the sections of multiple plans at least once.
- Shiribeshi Expressway (Yoichi IC-Otaru JCT) is included in the area for free entry and exit after opening.
8 Request for safe driving in winter
Last year, about 1.7 times as many traffic accidents occurred during the winter (November-April) Expressway in Hokkaido as compared to the summer (May-October).
Winter roads are covered with snow and ice, making them very slippery. Driving at the same speed and handling as in summer is extremely dangerous. Pay attention to "speed down" and "vehicle distance", and pay particular attention to the following places.
