NEXCO EAST Hokkaido Regional Head Office (Atsubetsu Ward, Sapporo City) will hold a "Winter Driving School" to improve driving skills on snowy roads and to realize the importance of safe driving.
In addition to the seminar by Kenjiro Shinozuka, who won the first Japanese overall victory in the Paris-Dakar Rally in 1997, we will also hold a practical training session for participants to drive a special course with a professional driver .
The participation fee is free is. We are waiting for your application.

2 Contents
- Lecture
Kenjiro Shinozuka will give a fun lecture on secret techniques that can be used from today, such as snowy road experiences, points of safe driving on snowy roads, and emergency response methods. - Practical training
Professional drivers Kenjiro Shinozuka, Katsumi Muraoka, and Masato Sekine will actually ride on the special snowy course.
You will experience "driving with suddenness" (sudden start, sudden braking, sharp curve), which is strictly prohibited on snowy roads, and learn about the behavior of vehicles and coping techniques.

Recruitment of about 30 people each in the morning and afternoon (60 people in total. If there are many applicants, lottery)

- As a general rule, participants should participate in the practical training session in their own car. (We will prepare some vehicles.)
- Depending on the weather conditions on the day and the condition of the venue, etc., the holding time may be changed, shortened, or partly changed (stopped).
- Participants are responsible for any accidents or troubles that occur while driving. Please note that general car insurance may not be applicable in some cases.
