Due to the storm and heavy rain caused by Typhoon No. 18 from September 18, 2017, Takeurabashi on Route 36 Shiraoi-cho Kitayoshiwara is currently closed. The bridge was severely damaged due to the road surface sinking, etc., and it was revealed that the road would be closed for a long time. In addition, in consideration of the occurrence of traffic jams and accidents on the detour road and the inability to pass large vehicles smoothly, the Route 36 highway between Noboribetsu East IC and Shiraoi IC on the parallel Do-O Expressway We will implement alternative (free) measures.

1 Implementation period
From Wednesday, September 27, 2017, 16:00 to the cancellation of the suspension of national highway 36
2 Eligible use
In Do-O Expressway, the following IC Use as entrance and exit
Noboribetsu East IC, Shiraoi IC
- Vehicles passing over the section from Noboribetsu East IC to Shiraoi IC are not eligible for free measures.

The alternative lane (free) will be applied regardless of whether you drive in the general lane or the ETC lane.
