NEXCO EAST Asahikawa Management Office (Asahikawa City) cooperates with the members of Asahikawa City Daiba Elementary School so that customers can use the expressway comfortably as a part of promoting "flower and green peaceful highway garden ® project" We will plant the flowers on the flowerbed at the entrance of the Asahikawa Takasu Interchange (IC) at the Tōho Expressway.

In addition, we will also inform the elementary school students who cooperated with us about a tour of the car that works on the Expressway.
