NEXCO EAST Hokkaido Regional Head Office (Sapporo City Atsubetsu Ward) and Nex-area Company Limited Sapporo Branch (Sapporo City Atsubetsu Ward) will hold the "5th Ezo Deer Menu Contest".
In this contest, the cooking staff of 10 stores in the service area (SA) and parking area (PA) of Hokkaido make delicious menus using the ingredients of “Ezo deer meat” in order to effectively utilize the natural resources of Hokkaido, Ezo deer. Shake your arms.
Judges such as "Kitchen Support Ao" Noriyasu Aoyama, "French Restaurant Le Purcoa Pa" Mr. Takayuki Kubota, Mr. Hiroyuki Ida, Managing Director of the Ezo Deer Association of Japan, etc. Will be invited and a total of 6 people will perform the examination.
In addition, The menus to be displayed in this contest will be sold at each SA/PA from July 1st to September 30th. To do.

We will make effective use of Hokkaido's natural resources, Ezo deer, and develop and sell popular menus unique to Hokkaido based on the advice of cooking experts, with the aim of attracting customers to stores.
