NEXCO EAST Hokkaido Regional Head Office (Sapporo City Atsubetsu-ku) is a snow driving school where you can participate in a safe driving course on snowy roads and experience the use of a special course with the help of the Ice Police with the cooperation of the Hokkaido Police Headquarters and the Iron Works Complex Motor Academy.
