NEXCO EAST Hokkaido Regional Head Office (Sapporo City Atsubetsu Ward) and Nex-area Company Limited Sapporo Branch (Sapporo City Atsubetsu Ward) continued from last year, aiming at effective use of Ezo deer meat and establishment of brand unique to Hokkaido "Ezo Deer Menu Contest" will be held.

The cooking staff in the service area (SA) and parking area (PA) in Hokkaido are working on making menus using "ezo deer meat".

On the day, Mr. Noriyasu Aoyama will serve as the chair of the judging committee on the day, and the special judging committee will be judged by a total of 7 people including the Kita Gas Cooking School Chief Sakai Lecturer and the Ezo Shika Kyokai Ida Executive Director. I will.

Also, From 12th July to the end of September, the menus to be displayed in this contest will be available for sale at each SA/PA. Please enjoy it.

1 Purpose of the event

This will contribute to the effective use of deer meat and the establishment of a brand unique to Hokkaido.
