NEXCO EAST Hokkaido Regional Head Office (Sapporo City Atsubetsu-ku) will invite Kenjiro Shinozuka, who has also won the Paris-Dakar Rally, to hold a snow driving school to directly teach safe driving techniques on snowy roads.
This is a chance for beginners to learn snowy road driving techniques, so please join us.
