NEXCO EAST Hokkaido Regional Head Office (Sapporo City Atsubetsu Ward) and Nex-area Company Limited Sapporo Branch (Sapporo City Atsubetsu Ward) have held the "Hokkaido Highway Menu Contest" for stores in Hokkaido service areas (SA) and parking areas (PA). It will be held.
In this contest, SEKKA maruyama owner chef Kazuo Kodairi and Ms. Mieko Sakai, chief instructor of Kita Gas Cooking School, who have a deep knowledge of Hokkaido's food culture, were invited as special judges, and the representatives of each store said, "A menu that gives a lively menu.
