NEXCO EAST Hokkaido Regional Head Office (Atsubetsu-ku, Sapporo) is constructing Doto Expressway Yubari Interchange (IC) to Shimukappu How to apply for a present campaign commemorating the opening of the IC , We will inform you about the details of the present and so on.
Application period
From Saturday, October 29 to Wednesday, December 28 (effective postmark on that day)
Present
A lottery will win a wonderful gift for 700 people.
Prize A "ETC on-board device (separate antenna type)" (200 people) or "local special products"
Prize B "Travel gift voucher (5,000 yen)" (80 people) or "local special products"
For more information about "local specialties" (420 people) Attachment [PDF: 22KB] It is as follows.

- You cannot select your desired prize from the attached “Regional Specialty Products”. (lottery)
- "ETC on-board device" is for 4 wheelers only. Also, setup and installation costs are not included. (Customers are responsible for this.)
Application method
Please prepare the following 3 points and apply by envelope.
- Doto Expressway Yubari IC ~ Shimukappu "receipt" that had you use the inter-IC (original), or, "use certificate" (※)
*The "use certificate" is the original received at the toll booth or printed by the ETC use inquiry service.
◎If the running section includes an open section (between Yubari IC and Shimukappu IC), you will be eligible for application.

Receipt of "Sapporo Minami IC → Yubari IC" ... Not applicable (because you are not running in the open section) - Receipt or receipt original (*2) of purchase or facility purchase of items over 1,000 yen in designated municipalities (*1) along the Doto Expressway
*1: Designated municipalities are the following municipalities.
Eniwa, Chitose, Yuni, Abira, Yubari, Mukawa, Shimukappu, Minamifurano, Shintoku, Shimizu, Shikaoi, Memuro, Nakasatsunai, Otofuke, Obihiro, Shihoro Kamishihoro Town, Ikeda Town, Honbetsu Town, Ashoro Town (20 municipalities in total)
*2: Receipts or receipts have the name of the municipality. If the name of the municipality is not stated, enter the address of the place of purchase of the product, etc. on the back side.
