About "Hokkaido Expressway Cooking Contest"

NEXCO EAST Hokkaido Regional Head Office (Sapporo Atsubetsu-ku, Regional Head Office length: Hiromi Yamamoto) is, "Hokkaido to subject the store of Hokkaido service area (SA) · parking area (PA) Expressway will hold a cooking contest."

The special judges include Gran Vista Hotel & Resort Chief Cooking Officer Kazuo Kodari, who has a deep knowledge of Hokkaido's food culture, Mr. Hiro Nakata, Editor-in-Chief of Jalan Hokkaido, and Mieko Sakai, Chief Instructor at Kita Gas Cooking School. Then, the head chef of each store is working on the cuisine that is unique to the local area, using the ingredients from Hokkaido with the theme of "our signature signboard menu."

Please note that the menus to be displayed in the contest will be on sale from December at each SA/PA, so please enjoy them.

1 Purpose of the event

In addition to receiving opinions based on a wealth of knowledge and experience from judges, we will propose menus that utilize ingredients from Hokkaido, and by exchanging information among tenants, we will develop menus that demonstrate the uniqueness of each store, We will hold it for the purpose of making use of our customers' services.
