NEXCO EAST Hokkaido Regional Head Office (Sapporo City Atsubetsu-ku, Regional Head Office President Yuki Yamamoto) is currently transporting on the Hokkaido Expressway during the Bon Festival [August 7 (Thu) to 20 (Wed) 14 days] We have summarized "Trends of Congestion Occurrence" and "Locations and Times Required to Passage Congestion" due to concentration.
Please use this to create a comfortable travel plan, such as shifting the departure time of customers before and after the time when peak traffic congestion is expected. At toll booths where congestion is expected to occur, efforts will be made to reduce congestion by installing temporary booths.
Also, traffic conditions may change due to accidents or abnormal weather. Please confirm the road conditions on the day of use at the Japan Road Traffic Information Center, highway telephone, etc. before departure.
