NEXCO東日本／中日本／西日本、首都高速道路株式会社、阪神高速道路株式会社、本州四国連絡高速道路株式会社は、ETC普及促進の一環として、ETCパーソナルカードがより利用しやすくなるようご利用条件を見直します。
具体的には、2023年3月1日から、これまで20,000円がデポジットの最低額だったものを月あたりの利用額が2,500円以下のお客さま向けに、デポジット額「3,000円」、「5,000円」、「10,000円」を新たに設けるとともに、デポジット額に対する利用限度額をこれまでの80％相当額から100％に変更いたします。

- What is a deposit?
A deposit is a security deposit, and is used to guarantee the customer's liability for the usage amount of the ETC Personal Card.
It is not a prepaid card like a prepaid card, so it cannot be used to pay tolls.

Applications can only be submitted by mail.
The application form can be created on the ETC Personal Card Web Service. Application forms are also distributed at major Expressway service areas. In addition, we plan to sequentially distribute application forms that correspond to the review of this operation method from February 2023 onwards. Please contact us for details.
In addition, for customers who are already using ETC Personal Cards, we will inform you about changes to the terms of use due to this review of the system in February 2023.
