NEXCO EAST (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) received the highest rating of "three stars" in the 2021 inquiry window rating survey of HDI-Japan for 10 consecutive years.
Based on the group management policy of "putting the customer first and improving safety, security, comfort, and convenience," we sincerely worked on inquiries from customers, which led to this evaluation. I think it was a safety issue. At the Customer Center, which is the contact point for inquiries, we strive to improve the quality of customer service by listening to and responding to customer feedback 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
NEXCO EAST will continue to put the customer first and engage in dialogue with the customer seriously, without being satisfied with the evaluation so far.
