Due to the disaster caused by Typhoon No. 19, smart interchanges (hereinafter "SIC") are being closed at the following locations.

Joban Expressway Mito Kita SIC and Joshinetsu Expressway Obuse SIC, it is expected that it will take a considerable period of time to restore the ETC facilities due to the flooding of the surrounding rivers.

In the future, we will carry out an emergency restoration and proceed with the restoration work with the goal of releasing the closure within the year.
