Due to the disaster caused by Typhoon No. 19, interchanges (hereinafter referred to as "IC") are closed and closed at the following locations. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
We will keep you informed of any changes such as cancellation of closure in the future.

In addition, the Joban Expressway Mito Kita SIC and Joshinetsu Expressway Obuse SIC will be flooded and damaged significantly due to the flooding of the surrounding rivers, and it is expected that it will take a considerable period of time to resume use.
