According to the weather forecast, the large and ferocious typhoon No. 19 will move northward, and there is a risk that it will approach eastern Japan or land on the ground from 12th (Sat) to 13th (Sun).
As a result, heavy rain, strong winds, etc. may occur in a wide area of eastern Japan, and it may be closed on a wide range of Expressway in the Kanto region (section in the attached figure) after noon on Saturday, 12th.
