(Minato-ku, Tokyo) in service areas (SA) and parking areas (PA). Regarding the public wireless LAN (Wi-Fi) service deployed in the facility, we decided to provide new services sequentially from March 1, 2017 to further improve convenience. I will.
Until now, it was necessary to obtain an account for each Wi-Fi service of each Expressway company when using the service, but with the new service it is possible to use it for all NEXCO 3 companies with one registration I will.
In addition, in order to make it more comfortable to use, the usage restrictions up to now (15 minutes per time, up to 3 times a day) have been abolished. It will be available in Chinese, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese.
Furthermore, in order to make it available to more customers, we will introduce a procedure by telephone authentication (acquiring a password by using a dedicated telephone) in addition to the registration procedure* by email.
The account you are currently using will not be available due to the new service transition, so you need to register a new account.
NEXCO3 will continue to improve the convenience of customers visiting SA/PA and further improve the service.

About "E-NEXCO Wi-Fi SPOT", "C-NEXCO Free Wi-Fi" and "W-NEXCO Free Wi-Fi" provided by each company in SA / PA operated by NEXCO3 companies, so far It was necessary to acquire an account for each service, but in the future it will be possible to use the same Wi-Fi service of NEXCO 3 companies with one account. - Abolish usage restrictions
The new service will be available for an unlimited number of times and for an unlimited number of times, with the terms of use used to be 3 times a day for up to 15 minutes each time. - The usage screen becomes multilingual
The screen used when logging in to the Wi-Fi service, which previously supported only Japanese and English, can now support five languages: Japanese, English, Korean, Chinese (simplified), and Chinese (traditional). Service start time
From March 1, 2017, each SA/PA will switch to the new service in sequence. We will inform you on the website of each company about the places where the switching has been completed. In addition, we plan to complete the switching of all locations by the end of March 2017.
Notes on using the service
- The account you are currently using will not be available due to the new service transition. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please register a new account when using the new service.
- The account is valid for 90 days. After the period has expired, please re-register as you would for new registration.
