East Nippon Expressway Co., Ltd.
Nex-area Company Limited
NEXCO EAST (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) is a road Naka commercial facility "Pasar Moriya (Out-bound line)" (Moriya city, Ibaraki prefecture), which is under development in the Joban Expressway Moriya service area (Out-bound line), on July 1 ( Wed) Open at 10am.
The place name Moriya is said to be derived from the lush "forest" that has spread from ancient times. The "Pasar Moriya (Out-bound)" located at the entrance of Ibaraki Prefecture is "rest" as the first break point from the city center to the destination, in contrast to the In-bound line that was opened as "Blessed Forest" in March 2014. The concept is "No Mori". We will create a space where customers can feel peace of mind through the design of buildings that use gentle curves and the warmth of wood. In addition, for dining and shopping, there are 17 hot topics in line with the location near Tokyo. Enjoy the start of your trip.
Please use it as a first resting place for your trip on the Joban Expressway connecting Ibaraki, Fukushima and Miyagi prefectures.
"Pasar" is our flagship service area (SA)/parking area (PA) that offers a variety of services to customers by gathering hot stores and gourmet foods that can only be found there. It is a commercial facility. Pasar Moriya (Out-bound line) is the sixth Pasar.
During the construction period, we apologize for the inconvenience caused by parking restrictions and sales at temporary stores. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

"Pasar Moriya" store
There are a total of 7 food court-style meals, including the 4 restaurants that will open for the first time on the Expressway. Please enjoy the popular taste in Tokyo with the style of Pasar Moriya (Out-bound line) only.
In the shopping corner, we have a wide lineup to meet customers' needs, including various specialty stores such as bakeries and takeaway side dishes that can be enjoyed in the car, as well as souvenir stores that sell famous confections from Tokyo and local Moriya that are perfect as souvenirs. I will answer.
Convenience stores and cafes are also open, making it convenient to use in everyday situations.

Parking improvements
Considering the ease of use and safety of our customers, we have made it barrier-free by eliminating the step between the parking lot and the sidewalk, expanding the parking space mainly used by the elderly and people with disabilities, setting the bus priority parking space, and the parking lot. Change the layout of.
Toilet renovation
To keep the floor clean based on the three concepts of "clean and comfortable to use," "more people from children to the elderly can use it" and "remove various barriers to use with peace of mind" We have improved the facility by making it easier for customers to use, such as the adoption of a wall-mounted toilet that is easy to clean, a washbasin for hot water, a children's toilet that is easy for children to use, and a powder corner in a women's toilet. (Maintenance completed in February 2015)

"Pasar"
It is a combination of "PA" for "parking area", "SA" for "service area" and "R" for relaxation, and also means "market" in Indonesian. As a new form of SA/PA, we would like to propose to our customers "a place where you can relax and take a break during the journey" and "a lively place where you can enjoy yourself during the journey".
