Since June 2010, NEXCO EAST has been developing a theme area in collaboration with "Hoshi no Oujisama" on the Kan-Etsu Expressway Yorii PA (In-bound line). This project will be the second theme area for the first time in three and a half years, following this "Yoriisei no Prince Parking Area".

The new facility is nicknamed "Onihei Edo-dokoro".
