East Nippon Expressway Co., Ltd.
NEXCO EAST (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) is centered on the Himawari no Kai (“Himawari no Kai”), a non profit organization so that pregnant women can use the Expressway in a “safe, secure, comfortable and convenient” way. We are supporting the ongoing spread of maternity marks and traffic safety awareness activities, and we are working on distributing a pamphlet with "Maternity Stickers for Road Safety Vehicles" at information in service areas and parking areas.
The parking lots that are mainly used by elderly people and people with disabilities have been installed in service areas and parking areas, and have been a facility that can be used by pregnant women from the past. Make it available.
To promote this initiative, we will hold the following ceremonies in the Moriya Service Area (SA) Out-bound line of the Joban Expressway.
